1. The service

SecureFile is a file-transfer service provided free of charge by PAPS (a certified non-profit organization). The service may change or be discontinued without notice.

2. Prohibited uses

• Sending content that violates the law or promotes illegal acts
• Sending content that infringes the copyright, likeness rights, privacy, or other rights of others
• Sending sexual images or videos taken or obtained without the subject's consent
• Sending malware or other harmful programs
• Interfering with the operation of the service

3. Disclaimer

We make no guarantee as to the storage, availability, or integrity of files. Even before the expiry, a file may become unavailable due to a failure, a legal request, or a violation of these terms.

By the design of the encryption, if the share password is lost there is no way to recover the file. Not even PAPS can recover it.

4. Responding to infringement

If content that infringes rights is found, we may delete the file without prior notice and provide information to the relevant authorities as needed. Please submit reports from Report infringement.
